Community Health Promotion Fund (CHP Fund)
CHPF is a Trust registered in Kenya and its activities mainly target the health sector. CHPF is working together with the national government of Kenya through various regulatory bodies in health and education, and the county governments. CHPK aims to improve community health through better quality health care training linked directly to service delivery. CHPK has partnered with NCMTC in programs that provide curative, preventive and rehabilitative health services at a subsidized rate to cater to the poor people living in Kikambala. CHPK’s health center works with out-patients as well as in-patients. The program also has full training for staff and community health workers within NCMTC. CHPK is a limited liability company aimed at fostering public-private partnerships in community health issues in Kenya. It was started in 2009 by a group of dedicated and experienced people in medical training and health care in Kenya.
