Health Systems Support Management (HSSM) is an innovative and fast-growing course that focuses on ensuring hospitals and institutions run smoothly and efficiently. From facility maintenance, waste management, utilities, record keeping, and operational support, HSSM professionals play a key role in keeping essential systems working every day.
Although still a relatively new course in Kenya, HSSM is rapidly gaining recognition as institutions continue to prioritize efficiency, quality service delivery, and proper resource management. Its relevance extends beyond hospitals to hotels, industries, and other organizations that rely on strong support systems.
Yesterday, NCMTC proudly celebrated the graduation of 7 HSSM students, a major milestone in preparing professionals ready to transform healthcare institutions and beyond.
Our Director, Dr. Reuben Waswa, congratulated the graduates and emphasized the growing importance of the course in today’s healthcare environment. Special encouragement was also shared by our Guest of Honour, Judith Ochola, and Denis Kinanga, who inspired the graduates to pursue excellence and lead with professionalism.
Join us in congratulating the Class of 2026!
