The Diploma in Community Services is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required to work effectively in community-based and social service settings. The course focuses on supporting individuals, families, and communities to improve wellbeing, social inclusion, and access to essential services.
Students gain practical training in case management, advocacy, community development, ethical practice, and working with diverse populations. Graduates are prepared for roles in community organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), social service agencies, and support programs both locally and internationally.

Applicants must hold a diploma or certificate in any health-related field.

Training is delivered full-time using a blended model (combination of online and in-person sessions).
